THE COAC LIBRARY INTEGRATES INTO WORLDCAT, THE WORLD’S LARGEST CATALOG

The COAC Library has migrated its catalog to a new discovery tool. It is WorldCat, the largest catalog in the world, a service of the Online Computer Library Center (OCLC).
The new catalog allows locating the collection through bibliographic records and requesting reservations, as it did before. However, it incorporates improvements, such as the ability to save preferred searches, generate alerts for new titles, or create citations and bibliographies.
Integration into this catalog also allows access to collections of publicly accessible digital titles. The Library will work in the coming months to activate subscriptions to specific digital collections in our field to expand the bibliography and resources available to members.
