Presentation of Quaderns 274: Discovered Affinities

Presentation of issue 274 of the magazine Quaderns d’Arquitectura i Urbanisme, titled ‘Discovered Affinities’.

The publication gathers texts and essays from renowned European architects who, in the 1980s, were readers of the magazine and considered it a reference. In this way, light is shed on these testimonies, which continue the themes and project narratives of ‘Quaderns’, a magazine then directed by Josep Lluís Mateo, which fueled the imagination of a generation.

The event will feature interventions by Marta Cervelló, architect and member of the Quaderns editorial team during the period when Josep Lluís Mateo was the director (1986-1991), and Moisés Puente, architect, editor, and director of the COAC’s Library and Historical Archive, as well as the current issue’s directors, Pau Bajet, Pablo Garrido, and Maria Giramé.
