Mostra d'Arquitectura Catalana
The Mostra d’Arquitectura Catalana architectural exhibitions programme is an initiative of the Architects’ Association of Catalonia that utilises the invaluable legacy of the biennials and triennials organised by the Association’s different branches, seeking to promote and disseminate the work of architects throughout Catalonia.
The Mostra is closer to an exhibition than a competition, with the focus being placed on acknowledging the good work done by architects rather than commending a single work above the rest. Above all, the programme aims to provide a vehicle for the dissemination of architectural achievements, while also showing different ways of exercising the profession that go beyond the classic approaches. In this way, it sets out to showcase the versatility provided by architectural training, the versatility of a profession full of diverse professional profiles.
The Mostra d’Arquitectura Catalana has its own website that features the projects submitted in the different calls.

Project galleryEuropean Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention
The European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention, organised by the Architects’ Association of Catalonia and the AADIPA, aims to acknowledge and help disseminate good heritage practices. It was created based on the conviction that heritage, as a vehicle for social integration and an economic resource that stimulates societies, deserves to be reappraised and encouraged.
In the current context, where architectural heritage, in addition to being a fundamental instrument of knowledge, is considered a socio-economic resource of the first order for the sustainable development of regions, it is essential to acknowledge and showcase high-quality works and projects that help to preserve our collective memory.
It has a constantly updated open digital archive that aims to give visibility to all the works submitted for the Award, as well as other projects, selected by a scientific committee of experts, that meet criteria of good practice in the field of heritage.
