Presentation of Quaderns 275: The Ambiguity of Heritage

Presentation of Issue 275 of the Journal Quaderns d’Arquitectura i Urbanisme, titled *The Ambiguity of Heritage.

The new issue explores the complexities of heritage conservation in a globalized, digitalized context influenced by tourism. This publication aims to enrich the discussion on the concept of heritage, providing both local and international examples, and highlights the challenges of managing cultural and technical sensitivities in a constantly changing urban environment.

The event will feature talks by Elisenda Bonet, architect and director of 48h Open House Barcelona, and Marc Manzano, architect and co-director of the European Award for Architectural Heritage Intervention, as well as by the issue’s editors, geographer Francesc Muñoz and architect and AADIPA member Alessandro Scarnato.
