The Architects’ Association of Catalonia has published the 273 rd issue of the magazine Quaderns, under the title THE PROFFESSION OF THINKING.

Quaderns 273. L’OFICI DE PENSAR aims to reflect on the role of the architect, through his or her project processes, both in the construction of our habitat and in the construction of architectural thought. Using a scientific perspective, the publication is divided into 5 methods which allow the analysis of the processes of the different selected studies. In total, there are 25 studios from a certain stage, from the crisis and post-crisis, which show its creative map, that is, its particular way of dealing with architecture in the current context.

To complete the transversal view of the Catalan architectural panorama, the volume includes 5 global critics linked to the academy who write about working methods, and 5 local critics who offer a some knowledge on the contributions to architectural reflection of 5 different Catalan generations.
