The exhibition includes 42+1 photographs taken by Eugeni Abella Asensio during 2017, 2018 and 2022 at the Oscar Niemeyer International Cultural Centre in the city of Avilés.
The images on display are an intentional and very personal look by the author with the aim of highlighting the splendid architecture that Niemeyer designed in Avilés, being the only work of the Brazilian architect that we can enjoy throughout Spain.
On Thursday, February 2, a conference will be held at 7 p.m., in the auditorium, where projections will be shown on the most emblematic architectural work of Oscar Niemeyer (1907-2012). The talk will be given by the architect Pere Marsé i Ferrer.
